R/KS1:

Thank you for booking your child onto the Reception/Key Stage 1 Disco this Friday. It is set to be a fantastic night!
All children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 who are attending the disco will be brought directly to the hall by their teachers at the end of the school day. 
If your child would like to get changed in their classroom before coming to the hall, you are welcome to send them to school with a change of clothes. Please ensure all items are labelled so they can be returned if lost. 

Children will be provided with a hotdog/vegan dog, crisps and a drink at the start of the disco. Fruit is available as an extra snack.

Children will be brought out to the MUGA in year groups to be dismissed by a teacher at 5.20pm. Please arrive promptly to collect your child. Thank you for your support.

If you have advised PaFA your child is to attend Alpha after-school club following the disco, your child will be taken directly there for you to collect in the usual way.

KS2:

S2 children will need to be collected as usual at the end of the school day and returned to school for 5.45pm. Children are welcome to get changed into their own clothes for the disco. 

If you have advised PaFA your child is attending an after-school club prior to the disco, they will be collected directly from clubs and given a chance to get changed in the toilets prior to the disco.

Entry into the disco is via the MUGA at 5.45pm. Please ensure you are on time, as the gates will be locked at 6pm.

Children will be provided with a hotdog/vegan dog, crisps and a drink at the start of the disco.

At the end of the event, KS2 children will line up in year groups in the hall and be dismissed to their adults by teachers at the hall door. Parents and carers should enter via the MUGA gate at 7.15pm, queue down the stairs to the hall and leave with their child via the Alpha gate at the top of the slope.
