FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
DO YOU PROVIDE A MEAL AT AFTER SCHOOL EVENTS?
We do not provide a meal but we endeavour to provide all children with a sizeable snack that will last them until they get home. This usual consists of:

Slice of Pizza/Hot Dog (or alternative)
Crisps
Real Fruit Sweets
Carton of fruit juice
WHERE DO I COLLECT MY CHILD AFTER AN EVENT?
Children are usually collected from the MUGA or if it is cold, from the school hall via the MUGA gates.

If this is different, we will let you know.
MY CHILD IS USUALLY AT TREE TOPS
When you book online, you will be asked if your child attends Tree Tops, if you click on 'YES', your child will be taken to TT before/after the event.
MY CHILD IS AT AFTER SCHOOL CLUB THAT EVENING, CAN THEY STILL ATTEND?
Yes. All children are welcome to attend, but as it is by choice, they won't be refunded the after school club cost.

If the event is running after 4.30pm, your child is welcome to join in, but they will still be charged the full entry fee.

When booking you will be asked if your child is at after school club. If you answer 'YES', we will collect your child from after school club and take them to the event.
MY CHILD HAS SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
We will modify the menu on offer to accommodate your child's needs.
MY CHILD HAS ADDITIONAL NEEDS
If your child has any relevant additional needs that you would like PAFA to be aware of, either email us directly at christchurch.pafa@yahoo.co.uk or let us know when you make your booking. If you prefer, you can advise the office.
